Planecrash in Manila !

A propeller plane with seven people on board crashed in the Philippine capital Manila. The machine of the type DC-3 – in Germany known as the “Candy Bomber” and in use during the Berlin Airlift 1948/49  – the plane has stripped 14 houses before it crashed into a warehouse.

Thats what the authorities told us. Rescuers were able to initially involve only four corpses. The cause of the accident remained unclear.

The plane belonged to a small private airline, and was, according to an airport spokesperson on a test flight. The pilot reported problems shortly after takeoff, and asked for the green light for an emergency landing. He managed to not return to the airport.
